Partnerships are vital to the fulfillment of Habitat for Humanity of Oakland County’s mission. Supporting future homeowners in need of decent, affordable housing requires materials, money, and manpower. We rely on corporations, faith-based groups, civic organizations and individuals to come together to provide the financial and volunteer support needed to build and rehabilitate homes and make critical repairs for homeowners throughout Oakland County.

It is our goal to:

  1. lead partners to match the good faith and hard work of local and future homeowners to realize their dream of an affordable mortgage.
  2. build relationships among partners, home buyers, volunteers, staff, and the communities we work in.
  3. involve thousands of people in the Habitat Oakland County experience, allowing them to contribute their own gifts and talents as donors and volunteers and empower them to make their own special contribution to the mission of Habitat Oakland County.
  4. build and rehabilitate homes and make critical repairs for homeowners in Oakland County.

Partnerships

Corporate and faith partners provide most of the funds, materials, and volunteers necessary to build Habitat for Humanity of Oakland County homes. On behalf of more than 300 families who enjoy home ownership through Habitat for Humanity of Oakland County, we thank our partners.  Please call (248) 338.1843 ext. 226 or email cherylh@habitatoakland.org to find out how your business, house of worship or school can help us make an impact in the community.
