Neighborhood Enhancement Program Application

Habitat Oakland County is a partner of Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) Neighborhood Enhancement Program (NEP) Round 8. This home preservation program provides needed exterior or interior repairs for homeowners residing in the neighborhoods of Ferry Farms and Unity Park within the City of Pontiac. The Repair Program focuses on safety, security, accessibility and keeping houses up to building codes.
