Consumers Energy will also be performing home energy audits and weatherization services.

“This program demonstrates Habitat Oakland County’s commitment to building community. We hope this will be a catalyst for improved housing conditions and access to services for families in need”, says Tim Ruggles, Habitat Oakland County Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, “ We are focusing our efforts on the neighborhoods that need some additional support. Rock the Block provides an immediate visible neighborhood change which adds to home values, helps attract business investment and improves the neighborhood’s reputation.”
